Home Maintenance Officers respond to requests for Minor Home Maintenance. Any assistance they provide is at the cost of materials used only.

Safety & Security
Home Maintenance Officers provide safety information and installation of safety devices at the cost of materials used.  Minor Home Maintenance and Home Safety & Security Services are provided by Home Maintenance staff of Port Adelaide Enfield Council. The assistance is provided only for residents who are eligible under the Home and Community Care (HACC) guidelines. Assessments may be required.

Purchase of Service
The Purchase of Service Scheme is designed to assist eligible residents under Home and Community Care guidelines to have important home maintenance work carried out at a slightly reduced cost. The services of qualified contractors with a variety of skills are used to provide services after assessments and eligibility confirmed.
