The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters has three customer service centres, which are open at the following days and times:

Main Customer Service Centre

Norwood Town Hall: 175 The Parade, Norwood 5067 

Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm (except public holidays).

Additional Customer Service Centres

Payneham Library Community Complex - 2 Turner Street Felixstow 5070

Monday: 10am - 8pm 
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday:  10am to 6pm
Thursday:  10am - 8pm
Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 12noon
Sunday: CLOSED

St Peters Library - 101 Payneham Rd, St Peters 5069

Monday: 10.30am - 6pm 
Tuesday:  10.30am - 9pm
Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday:  10.30am - 6pm
Friday: 10.30am - 6pm
Saturday: 9.30am - 12noon
Sunday: 2pm - 5pm
